A fresh look for the classic, well-known KRK WHEELS G2.
The Krk Wheels G2-PRO are the evolution of our old Krk Wheels G2, our professional line of wheels which took about 18 months to perfect and which for 6 years have been the flagship product of our brand, being these the ones that helped Kraken Fingerboards stand out from all other brands in Mexico and be recognized internationally.
Selling more than 1800 sets of wheels in these 6 years, the time came to renew its design and improve a few details, thus emerging the G2-PRO version.
Featuring a refreshed design while retaining their signature formula, they represent the most balanced and versatile wheel option; they offer a perfect blend of smoothness and firmness, delivering a refined, enjoyable glide alongside enough grip to provide a hyper-realistic feel.
Unlike my previous workflow which involved four different stock shapes (Street, Conic, Bow, and BigBowl) I’m taking a more relaxed approach now by focusing on just one shape per season; the Street shape was chosen for this initial launch.
One advantage of this shift is that it allows for a wider range of colors and the chance to experiment with them which is a key goal for this drop.
The seven standard colors I used previously have been expanded to include at least four distinct shades. These will determine which colors make a comeback in the future and which ones don’t. So, if you see a color you like or one that matches your setup perfectly, don’t hesitate you might miss out on the chance to get it.
